Right to terminate

Super-Arcade reserves the right to terminate an entry immediately and without warning. This will happen if a subscriber does any of the following...

• Promotes a web site, or web site that links to a site, that contains forbidden content. Forbidden content includes (but is not limited to) adult content, pornography, illegal content, and copyright material a subscriber does not have the legal right to publish.
• Enters the same website url more than once.
• The improper use of all capitals anywhere in the text entry.
• If you enter your url in the wrong category.
  
• Bring Super-Arcade, or its owners, or its associates into disrepute.
• Provide an email address that is not valid

Any subscriber found to be in breech of the above terms and conditions will have their Super-Arcade entry terminated immediately.

• Super-Arcde does not guarantee that your entry in our free directory will generate visitors or sales to your website. We reserves the right to modify or remove any part of your entry at any time, for any reason what-so-ever, without prior notice, and at our sole discretion to preserve the integrity of Super-Arcade.
• In the event of a dispute regarding your entry in Super-Arcade the decision of Super-Arcade will be final and binding.
• The subscribers agrees that the free entry in our Shopping Mall has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a subscriber purchasing a paid banner advert or a top ten placement in Super-Arcade you have the right to a cancellation but owing to the nature of the paid product no refund will be given. You will appriciate that your advert and link will have been seen by our thousands of monthly visitors. As stated above in our terms and conditions Super-Arcde does not guarantee that your entry in our free shopping Mall directory will generate visitors or sales to your website.
